Just right morning! Following the nice comments on my “A Week Of Vegan Lunches” video, I assumed I might deliver you A WEEK OF VEGAN BREAKFASTS 🙂 Recipes are beneath, wish you revel in!

SUNDAY: Chickpea Scramble
– 1 x can of chickpeas
– half bunch of spring onion
– 1 x carrot
– a handful of celery
– half a head of brocolli
– salt, pepper, parsley, garlic and nooch as preferred
(served with 2 x slices of oat sourdough, toasted, in addition to 1/2 an avocado, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds)

MONDAY: Mashed Avo + Tomatoes
– 2 x slices of oat sourdough, toasted
– 1 x avocado, mashed
– handful of cherry tomatoes, fried in water + garlic
(Sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, lemon, salt and pepper to style)

TUESDAY: Pancakes
– half cup buckwheat flour
– 1/four cup almond meal
– 1 x mashed banana
– 1 x flax egg (three tbsp water + 1 tbsp flax meal)
– 1/four cup almond mylk
– 1/eight cup rice malt syrup
(Served with chocolate sauce, strawberries and roasted hazlenuts)

WEDNESDAY: Smoothie
– 2-three frozen bananas
– handful of frozen strawberries
– three x balls of frozen spinach
– handful of roasted hazelnuts
– 1 x heaped tbsp COYO Herbal Coconut Yoghurt
