BREAKFAST (8AM): Coconut Yoghurt Oatmeal
– 1 cup boiling water
– 1 cup fast oats
– 1 heaped tbsp Cocobella Vanilla Yoghurt
– half banana, mashed
(Crowned with extra coconut yoghurt, house-made almond butter, granny smith apple, recent banana and sunflower seeds)

LUNCH (12PM): Cauliflower Pasta
– half head cauliflower
– three cloves garlic
– three tbsp tomato paste
– juice of one lemon
– nutrients yeast, as preferred
– paprika, as preferred
– pepper, as preferred
– salt, as preferred
– soy milk, to fill jug
– 250g Chickpea Pasta through San Remo

SNACK (3PM): Spiced Scorching Cacao
– 400ml soy milk
– 2 tsp Amazonia Spiced Cacao
